Financial Assistance

Students who require financial assistance in schooling may apply for the following financial assistance.

Application can be made at any time of the school year but is renewable on a yearly basis at the end of the school year.

Financial assistance schemes, eligibility and benefits

MOE Financial Assistance Scheme	Singapore Citizen Gross Household Income (GHI) not exceeding S$4,000 per month or Per Capita Income (PCI) not exceeding S$1,000 per month	Waiver of School Fees Waiver of Standard Miscellaneous Fees Free Textbook Free School Attire Transport Subsidy Meal Allowance	Parents are encouraged to submit an online application using this link: https://go.gov.sg/moe-efasggas If hardcopy is needed, please request assistance from General Office.	As and when required, but it is renewable on a yearly basis at the end of the school year.
School Based Financial Assistance Scheme	Singapore Citizen Gross Household Income (GHI) not exceeding $4,001 and $5,500	Fee Subsidy as base aid Waiver of School Fees Waiver of Standard Miscellaneous Fees
School Based Financial Assistance Scheme	Per Capita Income (PCI) between S$1,001- S$1,375 Priority will be given to families who have lower PCI.	Free Textbook Free School Attire Transport Subsidy Meal Allowance
